Our team consists of experienced trainers, each with a proven track record of success in public speaking and leadership. Our Founder and CEO, Durba Dhyani, has over 10 years of experience in public speaking and has trained hundreds of individuals across a wide range of industries.

Meet the Team
Durba Dhyani
Founder and Coach
Durba began her professional journey as a media personality, and has been an RJ with various radio stations like Times FM, Red FM, Hum FM Dubai and All India Radio, Delhi. She has hosted primetime radio shows and conducted many celebrity interviews during her career.
She is a Corporate Trainer with more than 10 years of coaching experience. She has conducted Softskills Training programs across the corporate sector in companies like Capgemini, Ocwen Financial Services, JP Morgan Chase and Times of India.
Durba has also been a News Editor with a web portal, and published several columns and opinion pieces at Rediff.
When not working on creating courses for children, she loves to spend time with her dog.
Fooklein Chen
Content Manager and Public Speaking Coach
With an experience of more than a decade in the Corporate Training sphere, Fooklein is successfully able to implement and deliver learning solutions in a global environment. She is skilled in training needs assessment, strategic planning, establishing priorities, content creation and delivery.
Organizations like HSBC, TATA Interactive Services, Cognizant, Wipro, London Institute of Speech Development (LISD), Accenture and Ocwen Financial Services have utilized her services for a number of their Learning and Development needs.
Fooklein has a passionate and approachable style that encourages a fun-learning environment. She includes fun activities as part of her training to encourage and instil the importance of the topics that children need to grasp.
Reema Baksi
A seasoned Teaching and Training professional with a unique combination of experiences of a decade; Reema has trained ‘Professionals’ in the top corporate IT firms on one hand and taught students at prestigious schools on the other.
She is an excellent educator with an incredible knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject matter she imparts to her students. Not only does she possess a thorough understanding of the curriculum, but also sets standards that her students must uphold in class, and strive to exceed in their daily lives.

Deepak Dhyani

Having worked for more than 25 years in Shipping, Insurance & Real Estate in Senior management roles Deepak found his calling in 2013 when he founded Hum & Strum Music School which now has become 1500+ strong family offering online & offline music education across India. He also runs a boutique real estate investment firm called AlaCarte Real Estate & a plantation company. He is a die hard musician at heart & plays for a rock band called The Faculty
Damyanti Biswas

Damyanti’s Indian debut literary crime novel You Beneath Your Skin was an Amazon bestseller, and optioned for the screens by Endemol Shine. Her next novel, The Blue Bar was published in January 2023 via Thomas & Mercer, and received a Starred Review from Publisher’s Weekly, USA’s top publishing trade journal.
Her work has been published in Smokelong Quarterly, Ambit, Pembroke Review, Griffith review among many others in the US, UK, and Australia. She also serves as one of the editors of the The Forge literary magazine.
Her short stories have been in published in magazines in the USA, UK and Asia. She also helps edit the Forge Literary Magazine.
When not pottering about with her plants or her aquariums, you can find her nose deep in a book or baking up a storm.
Natasha Chanda Acharya
Advisor
24 years of work experience focusing on production management, process management, people management, channel management, running a profit centre. Extensive experience in consulting with Indian ministries and bilateral agencies documenting various public support schemes and success stories spanning start-ups / incubators. Living the entrepreneurial journey for last 8 years, building and managing an e-commerce platform for the hand-loom and handicraft industry.
